Skytap seeks a driven and highly motivated sales professional to drive continued customer growth. The right candidate will possess high energy and be a dynamic salesperson to drive our customer acquisition strategy. This position will have the primary responsibility for outbound lead generation, lead follow up, deal qualification and ultimately opportunity creation. This position will work closely and in conjunction with the Skytap sales representatives to drive customer growth and achieve quarterly targets. The Sales Development position is a great opportunity to get into a company that is rapidly expanding with a clear career path to other roles within the Skytap sales organization.Key Objectives and Responsibilities:
- Actively track and manage a pipeline of leads
- Qualify leads generated by marketing programs
- Generate and qualify leads within companies of all sizes; interact with contacts with various titles
- Work in tandem with Skytap sales team to achieve opportunity creation and revenue goals
- Ability to clearly articulate Skytap's unique technical and business value
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
