Operations Engineer

Skytap is seeking candidates looking for an exciting entry into an IT/Operations career, or with some existing IT/Operations experience. An ideal candidate would have a passion for standardization and details, a desire to learn, and a positive, proactive customer service attitude - genuine people-skills are extremely important. We are looking for candidates with advanced computer use experience, education or experience in IT/Operations, or similar qualifications for a fast-paced near entry-level IT/Operations position.

  • Work closely with a talented team of engineers and architects
  • Perform IT administration tasks as assigned
  • Deploy and maintain physical datacenter infrastructure
  • Learn new related skills as needed to complete assigned tasks
  • Respond to IT help desk requests
