Customer loyalty is our priority. Our support philosophy is to cover your support requirements whenever you need assistance. Our support hours are Monday-Friday 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST. After hours and weekend support is available, but response times will be longer than normal.
Maintenance Windows Skytap performs regular maintenance at the following times: - Every Saturday from 12:00 Noon PST until 4:00 PM PST - Every 2nd Saturday of each month from 8:00 AM PST until 8:00 PM PST
