Skytap gives organizations immediate access to a full virtual lab solution over the Web. Development and QA teams can scale up and down lab resources as needed from Skytap's pool of virtualized infrastructure, gain immediate access to a full featured virtual lab management application, better collaborate across globally distributed teams using shared virtual infrastructure and utilize Skytap’s library of pre-built virtual machine, OS, and application images. Existing virtual machines, builds, test scripts and ISOs can also be easily uploaded into the Skytap environment. Skytap Virtual Lab includes the ability to configure complex multi-machine environments, set-up and tear down lab environments, and snapshot bugs at the time of detection for easy replication. Machines deployed in the lab can be accessed through a Web-based or client console and Skytap's rich API and VPN gateway enables integration to existing in-house development environments and tools.
