Thor Culverhouse, Chief Executive Officer
As Skytap’s Chief Executive Officer, Thor is responsible for overall company strategy and operational execution. Prior to joining Skytap, Thor was the CEO of Stratavia, where he successfully transformed the company from an early stage managed services business to a software license business focused on data center automation and private cloud deployments. After Stratavia’s acquisition by HP in 2010, Thor was VP Sales, Global Accounts for HP Software and Solutions, where he led a team of 200 sales professionals and was responsible for revenue generation of HP’s largest software customers. In 2012, Thor founded willbeHired, a social recruitment platform for enterprises.

Thor has also served in leadership roles at companies including IBM, Informix, and Tektronix. Thor holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Portland.

Brad Schick, Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Brad Schick leads Skytap’s overall product direct, architecture, and IP strategy. Brad ensures Skytap’s product aligns with the company’s vision and key partnerships. Brad is a software industry veteran with proven team and corporate leadership skills. Most recently, Brad was founder at Wegos, Inc., an innovative gaming start-up. Prior to Wegos, he was the Vice President of Engineering at Vizrea, which was acquired by Microsoft in 2007. Earlier in his career, Brad worked at Microsoft Corporation, where he led development teams on Windows and Internet Explorer. Brad has also been an instructor at the University of Washington and has a passion for hands-on problem solving and programming at all levels. Brad holds a B.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University and was recently the winner of the Startup Technology Star award presented by Puget Sound Business Journal.

Jeffry Dyer, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales
As Skytap’s Senior Vice President of Enterprise Sales, Jeffry Dyer is responsible for revenue generation and Skytap’s global expansion within enterprise IT and development organizations.  Prior to joining Skytap, Jeffry was the Vice President and General Manager of Western Region Field Operations at MicroStrategy where he led a team of enterprise sales executives in delivering multiple years of double digit revenue growth during his tenure. Jeffry has over 25 years of sales and operational leadership experience from past responsibilities with Informix, Interwoven, SeeBeyond and SAP with valuable expertise in Enterprise Application Integration Software, Business Intelligence Solutions, Cloud based solutions, eCommerce, Mobile Applications, RDBMS and Web Content Management.

Jill Domanico, Vice President of Talent
Jill brings with her over 20 years of HR, Recruiting and Mergers & Acquisition experience through a variety of roles within large, start-up and emerging companies; including, Visio, Microsoft, Google, and iStart Ventures. Jill began her high-tech career with Visio Corporation, leading recruiting, HR and employee relations functions, as well as acted as the Visio HR Integration lead through the Microsoft acquisition. She has spent several years within the Microsoft HR and the Venture Integration (M&A) team working on and leading the Venture Integration HR team on over 80+ deals in her career. She was the HR Lead for the Skype acquisition and integration.

Additionally, she has also worked in HR management and leadership roles for Google, iStart Ventures and with a variety of local companies as an HR, Organizational and M&A consultant.  In addition, Jill is co-owner of Domanico Cellars, a boutique winery. Outside of work, Jill enjoys spending time with her family outdoors and driving her prized possession – her Pink ’57 Chevy.

Frank Colich, Chief Financial Officer

As Skytap’s CFO, Frank is responsible for the overall finance and operations of the company. Prior to joining Skytap, Frank was the CFO of 3TIER and led the company through its acquisition in December 2013. While at 3TIER Frank helped build the company into a high growth, successful global organization.

Prior to joining 3TIER in 2007, Frank spent eight years working in the environmental services industry performing various roles, including operations management, financial management, business development, and project management. He holds an MBA from Seattle University and a BS in Biology from SUNY New Paltz.

Wayne Morris, Chief Marketing Officer

As Skytap’s Chief Marketing Officer, Wayne leads corporate, digital and field marketing as well as business development. Before joining Skytap, Wayne was the Corporate Vice President of Microsoft Business Solutions marketing. Prior to Microsoft, he co-founded and was CEO of myDIALS, a SaaS business intelligence start-up acquired by Adaptive Insights. Previously, Wayne was the CEO of Citect, a global industrial automation company listed on the ASX before being acquired by Schneider Electric, as well as CMO of BMC Software and McData, which was acquired by Brocade.

Wayne is co-author of “Foundations of Service Level Management,” published by SAMS. He has a B.Sc. with a major in Computer Science from University of Queensland, Australia.

Virginia Wei, Chief Legal Officer
As Skytap’s Chief Legal Officer, Virginia is responsible for worldwide legal affairs at the company, including strategic, commercial and compliance matters. Virginia has over 18 years experience representing private and public companies in corporate and technology transactions. She began her career at technology law firms Hale and Dorr (now WilmerHale) and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati, followed by in-house legal responsibilities at various startup companies in Silicon Valley and Seattle. Virginia’s experience includes private equity financings, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, IP transactions, commercial matters and privacy considerations. Virginia has a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, a J.D. from Boston College Law School, and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.

Chris Griggs, General Manager, Skytap EMEA
As General Manager for EMEA, Chris is responsible for Skytap’s business through out Europe. Prior to joining Skytap Chris lead the Global Accounts Business at HP Software, where he worked with many of HP’s largest global clients. For the last 15 years Chris has held senior leadership positions in the Cloud and Virtualisation market, including managing HP’s datacenter automation business, acquired from Opsware. Prior to HP, Chris was Managing Director for Stratavia in Europe and before that was VP World-wide Sales at Enigmatic, one of the early pioneers in the cloud market. He has extensive experience with the worlds leading banks, both in London and New York, and has worked with many global enterprises in multiple industries. Earlier in his career Chris spent 10 years with Novell, where he ran their OEM business and later the UNIX business acquired from AT&T. Chris holds a BSC in Engineering from Reading University.

Jon Schrader, Vice President of Customer Success

Jon brings a proven history of driving enterprise application modernization to his role as Skytap’s Vice President of Customer Success. Jon leads all aspects of Skytap’s customer enablement services, including consulting, implementation, project management, and technical support.

Through his years spent working with enterprises on evolving their most complex and important applications, Jon has developed a keen sense for value-driven solutions tailored to a customer’s needs, and an insightful perspective on how to successfully drive realistic, positive change in enterprise IT. An expert in aligning technology with business objectives, Jon is experienced in cloud migration and modernization, making him an ideal partner for Skytap’s customers.

Jon is active in every stage of the customer journey and a deeply versed in the technology and cultural change necessary for enterprises to compete in the digital economy. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Western Washington University.

Neil Holloway, Senior Vice President of Business Development

Neil Holloway brings over 30 years of leadership in building, growing, and enabling technology partner ecosystems to Skytap. As Senior Vice President of Business Development, Holloway is responsible for Skytap’s partner strategy and overall execution. Holloway has held a range of executive leadership positions, including Corporate Vice President of Microsoft Business Solutions, as well as President of Microsoft EMEA and Managing Director of Microsoft UK. Holloway was awarded an Honorary Doctorate from the University of Bath for his contributions to international business. He has a Master’s in Philosophy for Organization Research from the University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Bath.

Tim Lebel, Vice President of Product

Tim Lebel brings two decades of experience in leading enterprise and consumer software teams to Skytap, where he oversees product strategy for the company’s global public cloud service. Prior to Skytap, Tim was most recently in product management for HPE’s Cloud Business Unit, where he developed and managed HP Cloud’s Customer and Early Adopter Programs, successfully bringing more than 20 top accounts into the program. Tim has previously held software development and product leadership roles at Microsoft, Smith & Tinker, and TEN Media, and has also founded or led a diverse range of businesses from game development to wine. He studied Computer Science at the University of Southern Maine and is on the Board of Seattle Area Youth for Christ.

Karri Alexion-Tiernan, Vice President of Product Marketing

Karri Alexion-Tiernan is an accomplished Senior Executive and Thought Leader with more than 25 years of success across the technology and software industries. Her broad areas of expertise include product marketing, product management, competitive market analysis, go-to-market strategy, and product planning.

Karri has held leadership positions at K2 Software, Microsoft, and US West/Qwest where she has built and lead cross-functional teams to generate a greater impact for the business as well as promote personal growth. She has consistently been on the edge of market change, from client-server models, virtualization, and SaaS, to cloud computing.

Karri holds a BS in Computer Science from Wentworth Institute of Technology, a Marketing Certificate from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and has 3 patents for technological innovations while in Engineering at Microsoft.
