Employee also enjoy “Mental Wellness Fridays” providing one Friday off in each month that does not already have a company recognized holiday.

FTO & Parental Leave
Employees are encouraged to take a minimum of 20 days of FTO each year for planned vacations, personal days off, personal appointments, personal or family matters, bereavement, personal holidays, volunteer work, jury duty, short term illness or injury, emergencies. Skytap offers new parents 8 weeks of parental leave.
